Temperature:                         25

Traffic at Entrance:                High

Bees Bringing in Pollen:       Yes

Eggs:                                           Yes

Open Brood:                            Yes

Sealed Brood:                         Yes, 7 frames

Open Nectar:                          Yes

Capped Honey:                      Top super nearly full with about 80% capped.

Queen Spotted?                    No

Queen Cells:                            No

Drones:                                      A few drone cells

Temperament:                       Calm

Present:                                     Andrew

COMMENTS:                           Bees have started using new super. Sealed brood in honey frames has now hatched and empty cells being filled with nectar.  Moved full super to top of stack with queen excluder under.  This allows two boxes for brood.

Action Needed?                     Wait for complete capping of honey super then remove for extraction.  2nd brood chamber should provide adequate space for brood and honey storage.
